Services Update – December, 2020
CHC-NY is currently offering remote and in-office services to best meet the needs of our clients at this time.
- Audiology Services: You may book an appointment for any of our in-office services at this time with the exception of free hearing screenings. While we’re not offering in-office screenings, we invite you to contact us about an online hearing screening that you can take at home. Hearing aid repairs and custom earmolds are by appointment only. Walk-in services are not available at this time. We have introduced a number of remote audiological services that we encourage you to consider as well. Click here to learn about remote hearing testing, hearing aid programming, repairs and more. Tinnitus consultations are available through telehealth as well.
- Speech/Language/Educational Support: At this time, we are primarily servicing clients of Speech/Language/Educational Support services through telehealth therapy sessions, but in-office appointments are also available on a limited basis.
- Emotional Health and Wellness: We are primarily servicing Emotional Health and Wellness clients through telehealth therapy sessions, but in-office appointments are available on a limited basis.

The 27th Annual CHC Gala took place Saturday, October 17th, but if you missed it, there’s still time to view the video and make a donation. Be part of a special virtual gathering hosted by Joey McIntyre, actor, singer, songwriter of New Kids On The Block, Wicked and Waitress and honoring Alex Lacamoire, award-winning music director, arranger, orchestrator and composer best known for the Broadway hits Hamilton, In The Heights and Dear Evan Hansen. Real-time captioning and a sign language interpreter have been provided.

Find the entrance on the east side of Broadway, south of Exchange Place.
Subway: 4, 5 and 2, 3 trains to Wall St. Station; or R and 1 trains to Rector St. Station. Check which subway stops are handicap accessible.
Bus: M5 stops at Rector which is 1 block north of our office; the M15 Local and M15 Select entail a .35 mile walk (from Water St./Gouveneur La.) and the M20 a .28 mile walk from Battery Pl./Washington St.).

Walk-In Hours: CHC-NY offers designated walk-in hours for hearing aid repairs, custom molds and other technical services. No appointment needed. Click here for schedule of walk-in hours. It’s always best to give us a call at (917) 305-7700 to confirm walk-in services for that day.
