Comedy Night April 25 in NYC
Join us for the 32nd Annual Comedy Night!
April 25, 2018, Doors open 5:30PM
Carolines On Broadway,
1626 Broadway (at 49th St)., NYC
Please join us for the 32nd Annual Comedy Night, an evening of classic stand-up comedy benefiting the Center for Hearing and Communication. Don’t miss New York’s only comedy show accessible to people of all hearing abilities through real-time captioning, sign-language interpreters and an infrared listening system.
Tickets for the show are $100 (includes two drinks). Sponsorships are also available, allowing you to maximize your impact.
This year’s event honors Shari Brasner, MD, and Jeff Cohen – CHC parents, benefit Committee members and passionate CHC advocates.
You can honor Shari & Jeff, the work of CHC, or someone special in your life by placing a message in the Virtual Journal that will screen during the cocktail hour and prior to the start of the evening’s program.
Can’t attend? Make a donation or purchase raffle tickets. The raffle’s grand prize is two tickets to our fall fundraiser, The Feast ($1,000 value). Lots more prizes to be announced soon! You don’t need to be there to win.
This year, in addition to the Virtual journal, there are new ways to participate in the fun – whether you plan to attend the event or not:
- The Jokester: Use your mobile device to record a video of a loved one telling
their favorite joke and send the file (less than 30 seconds) to CHC. We’ll post on our website to share with others.
- Comedy Cocktail: Design and name your very own Comedy Cocktail (we’ll help) in honor of Shari & Jeff or anyone else you’d like to recognize. Your drink will be featured on the specialty cocktail menu at each table and you will be recognized as mixologist.
Thank you to our Comedy Night Committee and Co-Chairs Jill Harkavy-Friedman, Ph.D., and George Oberlander Jr., CFS Facilities Management, Inc.
