Tinnitus Retraining Therapy: More info + resources
Tinnitus Retraining Therapy is a counseling program with the goal of eliminating a person’s reaction to tinnitus. Our aim is to evaluate, diagnose, and treat your tinnitus and/or hyperacusis so effectively that it will no longer be a problem.
The Tinnitus Retraining Therapy program at the Center for Hearing and Communication was launched 18 years ago. Since that time we’ve seen an 80% success rate in alleviating the symptoms of this potentially incapacitating condition. For severe tinnitus sufferers, the program has been a lifesaver.
