NYC Walk-In Hours

Monday: 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Friday: 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.​

In-Office COVID-19 Protocols​

Effective March 1, 2023, according to the New York State Department of Health and CDC recommendations, masks are no longer required for staff, patients, and visitors. This guideline and recommendation will be monitored weekly and will be changed if the guidelines change.

Getting Here- NYC

Find the entrance on the east side of Broadway, south of Exchange Place.

Subway: 4, 5 and 2, 3 trains to Wall St. Station; or R and 1 trains to Rector St. Station. Check which subway stops are handicap accessible.

Bus: M5 stops at Rector which is 1 block north of our office; the M15 Local and M15 Select entail a .35 mile walk (from Water St./Gouveneur La.) and the M20 a .28 mile walk from Battery Pl./Washington St.)​

Getting Here- FL

One mile west of I-95 or ¼ mile east of NW 31st Avenue.  Located on the South side of Cypress Creek road.  Our entrance and parking are located in the back of the building, Suite 3. Easily accessible by Broward County Transit.
