Youth FORCE Site Supervisor
My name is Drew McCune, I have worked for CHC- FL for a little more than a year. I started as a teacher for Youth Force during 2022-2023 school year reviewing a verity of lessons such as; social and emotional learning, skills to apply towards school and homework, ways to navigate through a “hearing world”, about their community as well as different ways they can help. During the summer I transition from teacher to Site Supervisor, providing a summer full of fun, creativity, and engaging lessons- peppered with some physical activity. This year 2023-2024 I will remain the Site Supervisor and the TOP facilitator. I have recently become a tutor as well. I am an Educational Interpreter and work closely with the students Monday through Friday. I am a mother of two human children and a fur-mom of 4 Chihuahuas and 1 Boarder Colie mix. I love pumpkin pie and coffee and wait all year for fall so I can indulge. I enjoy reading and am waiting for the day I can have a secret passage to my own library hidden in my home. I love the water so if it’s hot you can find me at the beach or the pool!
