Elizabeth Roarke, MS, CCC-SLP, TSSLD
Asst. Director, Speech and Language
Elizabeth Roarke joined CHC as a speech-language pathologist with extensive experience providing auditory-oral based therapy to early intervention-aged children as well as adults. In her work with children who are deaf and hard of hearing, Elizabeth creates sound-rich environments in which she observes the children’s responses and helps them make sense of what they are hearing. She comes prepared for therapy sessions with fun activities, realistic goals, and limitless positive reinforcement; but also possesses the capacity to modify the session, if necessary, to ensure a successful result. She earned her M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology at Teachers College at Columbia University and her B.S. in Speech-Language Pathology at SUNY Cortland.
